- Information needed for risk profiling and for processing mutual fund, insurance and Post Office transactions, including nominee details.

How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To complete KYC, process transactions and service requests with AMCs, RTAs, KRAs, insurers and India Post.
- To send statements, service updates and reminders about your holdings or policies.
- To meet legal, regulatory and audit requirements.
Sharing of information
We share your information only with entities needed to service your request, such as AMCs, Registrar and Transfer Agents (CAMS, KFintech), KYC Registration Agencies, insurance companies, India Post, and regulators or authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
We take reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
